Hey man what’s up Jonny here today to hit you guys with a quick fat burning cardio workout…

Alright so now that you pumped up and motivated… Let’s get into today’s quick cardio workout!

10 box jumps (or tire jumps)
10 decline push-ups – push ups with elevated feet
1 suicide (A quick run or sprint and back to the starting point)
Repeat x 5 and add rest if you need it, or go straight back into it if you don't!


3:25 – Box Jumps (10)
4:04 – Decline Pushups (10)
4:27 – Suicides (down and back)

So there you have it.. A quick high intensity cardio circuit that you can do just about anywhere. Remember – if you're stuck on a treadmill or other cardio equipment machine (which you can definitely do high intensity on as well), check out audible for all of their audiobooks so you can get some extra mental training while training your body too.
