1:09 – Plyometric Pushups (Make sure you are exploding up, trying to come off the ground)
1:38 – Mountain Climbers (Bring your knees to chest)
2:08 – 6 inches (Bring your legs 6 inches from the ground and hold it)
2:39 – Alternating Lunge Squats
3:07 – Plyometric Pushups
3:35 – Mountain Climbers
4:06 – 6 inches
4:34 – Alternating Lunge Squats
5:02 – Plyometric Pushups
