It's Lindsay and Mike with insanehomefatloss and today we're showing you our outdoor fat loss workout program. This is a new and fun way for you to explore other styles of training and also a great way to get the flat stomach you've always wanted.
Warm up: Start off your workout with a quick jog that helps you activate and prepare you muscles.
3 sets of sprints and burpee:
1:14 // Sprints – Well start by sprinting back and forth form two designated spots three times.
1:50 // 5 burpes
3 sets of side shuffles with crunches:
5:16 Side shuffles – Instead of running straight forward like a normal sprint, you will be standing sideways in a squat position. Move as fast as you can in the same designated spots as you did for the sprints for 3 laps.
6:23 20 crunches
