This "Cardio Abs for Beginners" routine is appropriate for beginners, but it WILL BE a challenge! Listen to your body. Do not do anything that is painful or uncomfortable. Feeling challenged by an exercise is good, but PAIN is not!
Remember: not all exercises are suitable for all people. Talk to your healthcare provider if you have any questions or concerns. Discontinue any movement that causes pain or discomfort and take rest breaks (and water breaks) if needed!
