As a result, you could do ab exercises every day if you wanted to as they are more resilient. Just you gotta listen to your body, if you are seriously sore, have a rest day to recover but I’d avoid more than one or two as you may stop exercising entirely; don’t need to do the workout in entirety, just need to do something. You won’t see serious results unless you do this consistently over a period of a month or so: getting any work out, this one or another one, at least 4 times a week will get you where you want to go. And above all, this will build the muscle but you will lose fat if you start eating better, cut down or eliminate sugary foods and do more cardio. But all that being said, goal number 1 is: Do something, anything. Once you have built a solid work ethic in terms of ‘I will always do my ab workout every day’; then aim to improve quality of workout. Note: your form should be accurate always and never compromised, take each exercise and youtube ‘how to do…’ and make sure you are doing it right before you add to your workout program. Good luck.
