I’m enjoying a nice rest now in front of the computer after finishing this
workout; thanks again! I am curious now though as to whether it is a male
vs. female thing due to our differences in anatomy, or is it just me – I
could keep my legs up on the hollow body whatevers, but I could not quite
straighten them without it hurting my lower back. So I had to keep a little
bend in my knees – sort of in between you two – but I could feel it working
my abs, which is the whole point.
Definitely not a male vs. female thing. Just a level of strength thing.
Make sure to keep your chin tucked and lower back flat on the ground. When
you move your legs to the point where you can no longer keep it flat means
you’ve gone to far. Thank you for your continued support and hard work

thank you for posting new stuff – it’s always more entertaining to perform
them. do you suggest doing only separately posted workouts or mix them (
I’m doing 90d hero for the 3d time with more weight)?
Thank you for your support Dmitry. New programs are on the way, but in the
mean time you can always swap out similar workouts on the Hero 90 for new
workouts.

Hi Jeffrey! Thanks for your support, we love the quick workouts too. We
definitely do see the benefits in the keto or low carb/higher fat diets and
aren’t opposed to cycling that in our nutrition at some point. We really
just try to encourage everyone to pick a diet that is sustainable and that
will set you up for success over the long haul. Who doesn’t love avocado,
peanut butter, and olive oil?! 🙂
